Apply for a Clergy Thriving Grant

Please provide complete and accurate information below, with as much detail as possible. You must be a current member of the Catawba Clergy Network (CCN), to apply. The CCN is for Catawba Alumni in ministry, UCC Ministers, and local Clergy.  

Before you begin, download and complete the W9 form - you will need to upload it below. Please be sure the W9 you upload is for the person/organization to which you’d like the grant check sent - Thriving Grants are typically issued to the Congregation. A copy of the Thriving Grants agreement is available to download for your records.
